- Christmas last year. 16 years old. My boyfriend of one year, outside his house in the snow. We hadn't seen each other in about 4 months (we live very far apart). It was simply incredible and breath-taking.

- I think it's ridiculous to let someone like that into a beauty pageant. It's not beautiful; it shows girls that it's ok to be a skeleton.
How has your mother influenced your body image?

- Both of my parents definetly influenced both me and my younger sister. I considered myself fat, but not as bad as the news was making girls like me out to be. My mom was always self-concious of how she looked (getting teeth fixed to look perfect, tan, things like that), and excercised every day.
